Si t&#8217;imagines un past\u00eds i comen\u00e7ant de baix a dalt, el rendiment seria el pa de pessic de la part superior. \u00c9s a dir, all\u00f2 que es veu, all\u00f2 que surt (<strong>outcome<\/strong> en angl\u00e8s).<\/p>\n<p>Per sota aquest nivell, ens trobem amb el nivell sobre la <strong>funcionalitat<\/strong>, en aquest cas, si l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 \u00e9s sostenible o no ho \u00e9s. En altres termes, si \u00e9s un esfor\u00e7 aer\u00f2bic o anaer\u00f2bic, respectivament.<\/p>\n<p>Si continuem disseccionant i incrementant el nivell de concreci\u00f3, ens trobem amb un nivell inferior on s&#8217;integren els factors m\u00e9s b\u00e0sics. En aquest <strong>nivell integratiu<\/strong> trobem l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia que \u00e9s un condicionant com\u00fa dels esfor\u00e7os sostenibles per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 dels no sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>A banda de l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia, els <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eduardbarcelo.com\/ca\/fisiologia-basica-de-lexercici-de-resistencia\/\">mecanismes neuromusculars<\/a> de pot\u00e8ncia i la capacitat anaer\u00f2bica s\u00f3n els determinants del rendiment dels esfor\u00e7os no sostenibles mentre que, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eduardbarcelo.com\/ca\/consum-maxim-doxigen\/\">consum m\u00e0xim d&#8217;oxigen<\/a> i el llindar anaer\u00f2bic, s\u00f3n els dels esfor\u00e7os sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>Arribats a aquest punt, \u00e9s quan ens trobem amb la major complexitat ja que baixant fins al nivell m\u00e9s b\u00e0sic, la que conforma el pa de pessic de la part inferior del past\u00eds aprofitant la met\u00e0fora anterior, ens trobem amb molts condicionants que s&#8217;interrelacionen. Anant al detall tenim:<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"anchor\" id=\"anaerobicos\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Per als esfor\u00e7os anaer\u00f2bics no sostenibles<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"anchor\" id=\"fibra_muscular\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h5>Al centre de tot, el tipus de fibra muscular<\/h5>\n<p>Els condicionants gen\u00e8tics i l&#8217;entrenament han de determinar la tipologia de la massa muscular i la capacitat respirat\u00f2ria i de reciclatge del lactat que t\u00e9.<br \/>\nAix\u00f2 comportar\u00e0 a un nivell superior que sigui el principal condicionant de la pot\u00e8ncia neuromuscular (si un individu t\u00e9 moltes fibres r\u00e0pides); quina capacitat anaer\u00f2bica suporta (si un individu \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de suportar grans quantitats de lactat o reciclar-lo r\u00e0pidament); el nivell d\u201fefici\u00e8ncia (si coordinativament t\u00e9 una gran capacitat de rendiment); el consum m\u00e0xim d&#8217;oxigen i el llindar anaer\u00f2bic (si un individu t\u00e9 gran quantitat de mitocondris a les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules musculars).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"anchor\" id=\"control_motor\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h5>A l&#8217;extrem del treball anaer\u00f2bic, el control motor<\/h5>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 determinar\u00e0 el grau de pot\u00e8ncia neuromuscular aix\u00ed com l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia del moviment. Per entrenar-ho, es tracta de treballar la coordinaci\u00f3 intra i intermuscular i \u00f2bviament la t\u00e8cnica de la nostra disciplina esportiva.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"anchor\" id=\"masa_muscular\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h5>La massa muscular com l&#8217;estructura b\u00e0sica<\/h5>\n<p>Aquesta ve determinada com he esmentat anteriorment per la tipologia de fibra muscular i condiciona la capacitat per degradar lenergia i convertir-la en moviment. Determina, per tant, la capacitat de for\u00e7a bruta m\u00e0xima aix\u00ed com la capacitat anaer\u00f2bica.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"anchor\" id=\"sistema_energetico\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h5>El sistema energ\u00e8tic anaer\u00f2bic, la capacitat glucol\u00edtica i el reciclatge de lactat<\/h5>\n<p>I \u00e9s que sense el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eduardbarcelo.com\/ca\/sistema-energetic-i-termoregulador\/\">subministrament d&#8217;energia<\/a> no podr\u00edem fer res ni tenint el millor sistema de fibres musculars ni una gran coordinaci\u00f3.
